Report Summary: Having carefully observed the acts of partiality, before and after the elections, by the government and serious procedural flaws on the polling day, we are compelled to say that, despite carefully created impression of peace and fairness, the elections were grossly flawed and deliberately rigged to create a parliament suitable for the political designs and institutional ambitions of the present military government.
