The Sri Lanka Canada Development Fund (SLCDF) was a project under the aegis of South Asia Partnership Canada and South Asia Partnership Sri Lanka. Recently, SLCDF has re-invented itself as the Sri Lanka Centre for Development Facilitation, a capacity-building NGO with a broad network of community organizations in Sri Lanka. more
